Additional info: Cooper was last seen on Tuesday, 9/7/99, in the area of his apartment at 2830 S. Harrison #3N, where a homicide victim was discovered on 9/10/99. Cooper left a suicide note at the scene but gave no details as to where he was going to commit this act. Cooper is a heavy crack cocaine user and known to frequent the area of 27th and Troost. It is believe Cooper might have fled the state to avoid arrest. A homicide warrant has been issued for Cooper's arrest. Fingerprints are available. CRN#99-101422
