The New Franklin Police Department in mid-Missouri had issued an Endangered Person Advisory for an incident that occurred yesterday.

Theodore Postak, father of 13-year-old Jasmine Postak, is a felon who was scheduled meet with police in reference to a search of his residence where drugs were found along with weapons.

The father is facing charges of domestic abuse.  He left his son at home and took his daughter.  When he was contacted by phone,  he refused to return the child or meet with law enforcement.

The suspect vehicle is a gray unknown year GMC pickup last seen on Old Highway 40 in Cooper County, Missouri.

Theodore Postak is a white male, age 53, hgt 5’8″, 130 lbs, brown/shaved hair, blue eyes, fair complexion, wearing blue jeans and boots.

Jasmine Postak is a white female, age 13, hgt 5’3″, 115 lbs, blonde hair, blue eyes, fair complexion, wearing pink hoodie, black leggings and pink shoes.

Anyone seeing Jasmine or Theodore Postak, or having information related to Jasmine’s whereabouts should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency.
