At least two Mizzou football recruits filed paperwork to join on the first signing day for players who plan to enroll at the semester break. Junior college offensive lineman Yasir Durant and high school offensive lineman Pompey Coleman. Durant changed his commitment from San Diego State to Mizzou last weekend. Coleman is a three-star recruit from Indy.
The Tigers also had three wide receivers commit to the program recently, but it’s the same issue with recruiting for the Tigers…getting a bunch of three-star rated players and an occasional four-star here and there…makes it tough for Barry Odom to compete in the SEC.
