An AMBER alert has been cancelled for a nine month old boy abducted Tuesday morning from Independence, Missouri. Authorities believe Robert Valiant took Syncere Lee Valiant around 10:45 a.m. from an undisclosed location.

The child was located at a relative’s home in Kansas City, Missouri. An Independence Police department spokesman says the baby is safe and sound.
Authorities are still looking for the suspect, Robert Valiant. He’s described as a 6’1″ tall, African-American male, weighing about 170 lb., with a visible tattoo on his neck. If you have seen Valiant, please call 911 or the Independence Police Department.
