Rookie running back Todd Gurley ran for 140 yards and two second-half touchdowns, as the Rams ended a five-game losing streak with a 21-14 victory over the Detroit Lions on Sunday at the dome.

Trumaine Johnson had a 58-yard interception return for the Rams and Aaron Donald had three sacks.

The Rams defense also held Calvin Johnson, who has been bothered by a bad ankle to just 16 yards receiving. Mark Barron finished with 11 tackles.  Aaron Donald recorded three sacks.

Case Keenum was unflattering in his start at QB.  He was 14 of 22 for 124 yards, 0 TDs and one INT.
