CNN cites unidentified sources in reporting the Justice Department won’t bring charges against former Ferguson officer Darren Wilson for fatally shooting Michael Brown, Junior, August 9, but it will outline findings of a pattern of discriminatory practices by the Ferguson Police Department.

Ferguson Mayor James Knowles III recently told Missourinet he wanted the findings of the Justice Department investigations of Wilson and the Ferguson Police Department released. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder on Tuesday said he expects to announce the results of those investigations before he leaves office in the coming weeks.
