The Kansas City Chiefs kept their alive, scoring three touchdowns in the third quarter after Oakland pulled to within 10-6.  The Chiefs get a 31-13 win at home over the Raiders to improve to 8-6 on the season.

Travis Kelce fumbled early in the third quarter as the ball popped right into the hands of  C.J. Wilson recovered. He brought the ball down inside the Chiefs 20, but the Raiders had to settle for a field goal to make the score 10-6.

The Chiefs went 70 yards on their next possession.  Knile Davis finished it off with a short touchdown run.  He would add another score later on a 70-yard touchdown to put the Chiefs up 31-6.

Oakland QB Carr fumbled the snap on the next play, Kansas City recovered and Smith hit Kelce from 20 yards for a touchdown. The Chiefs then forced three-and-out, and Smith’s throw to Davis a few minutes later capped their three-TD spurt and gave Kansas City a 31-6 lead.

Alex Smith threw for 297 yards and two scores, and De’Anthony Thomas returned a punt 81 yards for another touchdown.
