Russell Hansbrough ran for a career-high 199 yards and two touchdowns to help Missouri to a 34-27 win over Texas A&M on Saturday night in College State. Missouri (8-2, 5-1 SEC) scored 28 points in the third quarter, more than any SEC game this season to erase a seven-point halftime deficit and take a 34-20 lead.

The Aggies were down a touchdown early in the fourth quarter and had a chance to tie it with less than three minutes remaining, but lost a yard on fourth down from the Missouri 1.  The Tigers defense allowed 341 total yards, but made plays at key stretches of the game. Mizzou also held A&M to just 4 of 14 on third down conversion

The Tigers remain in first place in the SEC East and must win at Tennessee and then at home against Arkansas to return to Atlanta for the SEC Championship game.  Georgia beat Auburn 34-7 to remain in second in the division.

Kyle Allen threw for 237 yards with three touchdowns and an interception for Texas A&M (7-4, 3-4).  Josh Reynolds had five catches for 125 yards and two touchdowns.
