Police in Springfield are responding to the report of a possible child abduction from Bissett Elementary School.
Police confirm they are looking for a white kindergarten-aged girl. She might be wearing a pink shirt and blue jeans and have light hair, but that description is not confirmed. They are looking for a heavy-set black male in his 20s wearing an orange shirt in a grey or blue, older, beat-up vehicle.
A reporter for the Springfield News-Leader, Jonathan Shorman, says a police spokesman tells him camera footage is being reviewed.Â
Police are not calling the incident an abduction at this time.
Authorities ask anyone with information to call the Springfield Police.
