Patrick Kane beat goalie Ryan Miller with a wrist shot just under the crossbar at 11:17 of the first overtime to give the Chicago Blackhawks a 4-3 win over the Blues. The series has had three of the four games go to overtime, with seven goals scored in each of those games.

The Blues rallied from a 2-0 deficit by scoring two goals just 1:45 apart in the second period after Kane gave the Hawks a 2-0 lead with just under four minutes to play in the period.

Vladimir Tarasenko scored a power play goal after Kane was whistled for a delay of game and then with four seconds left in the second, Maxim Lapierre knotted the game with goal that hit the post, then goalie Corey Crawford before going in the net.

Tarasenko scored his fourth goal of the series (tops in these NHL playoffs) with a wrist shot past Crawford’s glove at the 12:29 mark of the third. Chicago got the tying goal at 16:08 when Bryan Bickell tipped a shot in past Miller from the point.

Kane assisted on the Hawks first goal, a powerplay tally from Andrew Shaw. Kane, with his game winner, has now scored three goals in this series, adding three points on the night.

Game five of the series shifts back to St. Louis on Friday with a 6:30 puck drop.
