A date has been set for a Missouri man to go to trial for the third time for the 1990 killing of a woman outside of Chillicothe. A judge has set a date of July 21 in the case of Mark Woodworth.

Woodworth has been twice convicted of the shooting death of Cathy Robertson and both of those convictions have been overturned.

Robertson’s husband was wounded in the shooting. Woodworth was 16 at the time of the murder. He is out on bond.
