Missouri football Redshirt freshman Levi Copelin was taken into custody by MU Police around 10 p.m. Thursday for disturbing the peace. He posted the $500 bond, and was released.

According to MU Police, Copelin showed up to the student union to pick up his ID, when he was told there was a hold on his account.  The staff felt he made threatening statements and notified police.  Copelin later met with police at their department where he was questioned and arrested and transported to Boone County Jail.

Copelin was suspended prior to the Vanderbilt game in 2012 after his arrest, along with Dorial Green-Beckham and former Tiger Torey Boozer, for smoking marijuana close to Memorial Stadium.

Copelin had three catches this past season.
