The Campbell Soup Company has recalled about 300 cases of Prego pasta sauce due to a risk of spoilage.

The FDA says consumers should not eat any jars of Prego Traditional Italian sauce with military time codes CT BJ ZV 0330 through CT BJ ZV 0449.

The company has not released details about why the 24-ounce jars of Prego Traditional Italian sauce could be prone to spoiling. The Food and Drug Administration says no one has gotten sick and the issue was found by the company’s quality control testing.

The jars affected have expiration dates of June 16, 2015 and military time codes of CT BJ ZV 0330 through CT BJ ZV 0449. They were shipped December 21 to stores in seven states including Missouri.

FDA says Consumers who bought any of those jars should not eat the sauce and should return them to the store where they were purchased for a full refund, or can call Campbell at (866) 270-9303 for more information.
