In a make up game from a snow out in May, the Royals wrapped up their homestand by busting out the bats in an 11-1 victory Monday afternoon over the Tampa Bay Rays. Salvador Perez hit a three-run homer, Billy Butler also homered. Perez finished with four RBIs, Butler drove in three runs and Mike Moustakas drove in a pair.

The temperature was 41 degrees with a wind chill of 21 at first pitch on May 2. The game was called in the fourth inning as snow flurries fell. Today the temperature was 93.

The game also marked the return of the former Royals prospect Wil Myers. He last played at the K in the All-Star Futures Game in 2012, and went 2 for 4 and drove in the three runs. He went 0 for 4 with two strikeouts.
