A Kansas City woman is charged with two felony counts of abuse after she allegedly squeezed and shook her three-month-old baby, causing broken bones and severe bruising.
The Jackson County prosecutor says the baby suffered four broken ribs and injuries to the arms and face. Twenty-year-old Abigail Millican is being held on $100,000 bond. The baby’s father filed the police report … an active member of the Air Force, he says he was gone when the injuries happened.
