A St. Louis County woman who put her newborn baby under a tree in a stranger’s yard has pleaded guilty to child endangerment. Kaitlin Norton, 21, will be sentenced later.
Norton, who had given birth to the baby in the basement of her boyfriend’s home, surrendered to police after being treated at a hospital.
