The Highway Patrol is looking for the car and its driver that knocked another car off the highway this weekend, resulting in a crash that killed two people and seriously injured two others.
The Patrol says the car that rear-ended one driven by Ronald Harvey of Green Ridge casued Harvey’s car to go off the road, overturn, and hit a tree. He and a passenger, Vickie Brandkamp, were killed. None of the four people in the car were wearing a seat belt.
