A suspended St. Louis County Police Officer is in trouble for a second time after becoming destructive during a taxi ride home from a Cardinal’s game Thursday night. St. Louis County police say 29 year old Andrew Perez and a friend took a cab from down-town St. Louis to a 7-eleven store and during the ride Perez kicked the passenger seat and shattering the screen on a credit card terminal. He has received a summons accusing him of property damage and larceny. County officials say Perez had been intoxicated during the incident. The first incident occurred in July when he was arrested and charged with first-degree burglary.
