St. Louis’ historic Union Station gets new owners Thursday–they’re considering bringing trains back to the downtown landmark. Lodging Hospitality Management is buying the station for 20-million dollars, and plans to increase hotel and office space while reducing retail operations. A spokesman says there is also talk of creating a railroad museum and using the station as a base for excursion trains.
