There is one point of view that the cheers that were coming from fans at Arrowhead Stadium were not because Matt Cassel was injured, but because his backup Brady Quinn was coming out onto the field at the same time. Then there was offensive lineman Eric Winston’s comments where he blasted fans for cheering that Cassel got hurt. After Sunday’s game, Winston clarified his comments, but stood behind his words that it was wrong to cheer as Cassel lay knocked out on the Arrowhead Stadium grass.
