A Nebraska man who defrauded a Callaway County livestock auction house out of about a quarter-million dollars is headed to prison for almost three years. A federal judge has sentenced Allen John Foos, who didn’t pay for most of the 167 cattle he got from the Callaway Livestock Center. The judge who sentenced Foos also has ordered him to pay $245,000.
