Platte County Prosecuting Attorney Eric Zahnd is the new President of the Missouri Association of Prosecuting Attorneys.
Zahnd and the Association are expected to be a part of the legislative effort to re-write Missouri’s criminal code, and the claims that the public defender system has run out of resources to represent the clients its attorneys are required to serve.
