A fight involving a machete has sent one man to a Springfield hospital.
Police say two men were fighting inside an apartment. One of them ran out calling for help, and several people helped him hold a door shut while the man with the machete was trying to get out.
The victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Police referenced an injury to the man’s arm.
Darrall Tosh was arrested for first degree assault.
