Congressman Lacy Clay of St. Louis says the findings of the Justice Department Inspector General’s Report substantiates the testimony of U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder.
Holder testified before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on when he became aware of the “Fast and Furious” gun-walking program.
Clay, who opposed the contempt citation against Holder, says the contempt citation was not based on fact, but was a politically driven abuse of power.
