A kidnapping charge filed last year against a Moberly pastor has been dismissed.
45-year-old James Milton Wilson of Renick was accused of taking a student from Moberly’s Terrill Road Free Will Baptist Church and Christian Academy to Columbia in May, 2008. The Randolph County Prosecutor filed documents to dismiss the case, saying the alleged victim is unable to testify.
Wilson was acquitted of a child molestation charge in Boone County in June, 2009.
