Former Central Missouri All-American tight end DeMarco Cosby has signed an NFL free agent contract with the Green Bay Packers as announced by Green Bay on Monday.  Cosby entered the league in 2011 and spent one game late last season on the practice squad for the St. Louis Rams.

As a senior at UCM, Cosby started all 14 games catching 71 passes for 970 yards and 10 touchdowns, all of which are single-season school records for a tight end. He finished his career as the Mules’ all-time leader among tight ends in receptions (141), receiving yards (2,146) and receiving touchdowns (20).

Cosby will wear No. 46 with the Packers.
