A Southeast Missouri man accused of first-degree sodomy has shot himself in the face then walked into oncoming traffic.
He was hit by a semi but survived.
Quinton W. Headrick, 43, of Cape Girardeau has been arrested and is being held on $100,000. He’ll be arraigned Monday.
