The State Supreme court is being asked to decide whether an unaccredited school district should have to pay the tuition costs of students who transfer to a nearby district that is accredited. Attorney General Chris Koster is appealing a Circuit judge’s ruling that the unaccredited district does not have to pay the expenses of a student transferring to a district in good standing.
