A vigil in Springfield this morning marked today’s 20th anniversary of the disappearance of three women. The police chief says the case is still open. The case is being treated as a kidnapping because Sheila Levitt, her daughter Suzanne Streeter and the daughter’s friend Stacy McCall left their clothing, money, purses, and other items at the Levitt home.
