Three Farm Service Agency offices in Missouri are going to close as part of a cost-cutting move that will see many other offices closing nationwide.

The Dallas, Morgan and Jefferson/Washington county offices will close once all required notifications have been made. An exact date has not been set.

FSA says Congress has cut its budget, most recently by more than 30 percent in the last fiscal year.

FSA offices provide local administration of programs related to USDA.
