A St. Louis interior decorator has pleaded guilty to overcharging her clients by about a million dollars.
The federal prosecutor says Kay Ottinger inflated invoices or created fake invoices of non-existent companies. She’s pleaded guilty to three charges of mail fraud and will be sentenced in August.
