A St. Charles message therapist faces 14 charges of invasion of privacy after being accused of videotaping women clients in tanning beds, massage therapy rooms, and bathroom stalls. A judge has refused to reduce bail for Kirk Jackson. The prosecutor says Jackson has refused to give investigators the names of most of the clients.
