Today is the one-year anniversary of the tornado that hit Sedalia. Community leaders plan an observance at a Sedalia church that includes a moment of silence at the time the tornado first touched down.
The tornado cause some heavy damage at the southern edge of the city. About 15 people were injured but there were no fatalities.
