A red-light camera violation filed against state senator Jim Lembke in St. Louis has been thrown out by a judge who says the ticket violated Lembke’s right of due process.
The judge is the second St. Louis circuit judge to hold he city’s red light camera ordinance unconstitutional because it allows no appeals.
