Seventeen state parks swimming beaches will be open this weekend, starting tomorrow. The beaches at Lewis and Clark State Park remain closed because of damage from last year’s floods. And the beach at Trail of Tears State Park near Cape Girardeau is closed because of work on the dam at the park’s lake.
