A Blue Springs physical therapist is charged with sexually abusing a child.
Details on the accusations against 61 year-old Paul Chang have not been released. He faces two counts each of sexual abuse and of sexual contact with a student by a teacher, employee, contract employee or school official.
He is being held on bond while authorities continue their investigation and look for other potential victims.
