Branson wants debris from its February tornado cleaned up by Friday. City officials say it’s a public safety issue that another storm could start blowing the debris around, creating a hazard to people and property. The city has told about a dozen property owners they have to file a clean-up plan by Friday. If they haven’t done it by then, the city will take over clean-up of the property.
