A judge has thrown out a lawsuit over the state’s handling of more than one billion dollars in Medicaid contracts. Molina Healthcare of Missouri says officials violated bidding laws in awarding the contracts for the state’s managed care program in February, but the judge has rejected the company’s lawsuit, saying it was the result of a disgruntled bidder.
