Jackson County prosecutors want to add another charge of failing to report abuse against Catholic Bishop Robert Finn and the Kansas City Diocese. Finn and the Diocese already face that charge for allegedly mishandling the situation regarding a priest who now faces federal and state child pornography charges. Prosecutors have asked a judge to approve a request for more records from the Diocese on its handling of child abuse allegations.
