A pregnant teen is hailed as a heroine for saving three children from a fire in Strafford. 18-year-old Bethann Carr says she woke up when her dog began scratching on the bedroom door where she and the three children were napping, all unable to breath from heavy smoke. Carr says she pushed out a window screen and lowered each of the kids about four feet to the ground before she climbed out herself. She was not able to rescue the two dogs inside. The house is a total loss.
