Total, the cereal brand, and “Parade Magazine” have ranked Columbia, Mo., as the hardest working town in America.

The “Top 25 Hardest Working Towns In America” study ranked U.S. cities on the number of hours worked, unemployment rates, commute times and dual-income families.

Columbia is ranked number one, followed by Hartford, Conn., and Norfolk, Va.
