The bodies of two men have been recovered from a vehicle that slid through a stop sign into the Black River at Poplar Bluff, and overturned. The driver of the car, who got out through a window, has been arrested for drunk driving and faces two manslaughter charges. Autopsies will indicate whether the two dead passengers were killed in the crash or drowned.
