A Fulton man who admits he gave a woman enough heroin to kill her has been sentenced to 22 years in prison. The federal prosecutor has reached an agreement with Trevonn Lionel French for him to plead guilty and escape the possibility he’d be sentenced to life without parole. French, who is 36, will not be able to get out of prison until he is 58. He admits he provided Summer Bond of Fulton the heroin on which she fatally overdosed. Her brother also overdosed but survived.
