The state representative who sponsored the Missouri presidential primary bill in the 1980’s has died at a Springfield car center. Former Representative Fred Lynn served seven terms in the House starting in 1975. He was 88. Lynn is best remembered in the Springfield area as a Baptist minister who hosted religious-themed radio shows for many years on radio station KWTO.
