A Fayette provider of equipment to Medicaid recipients admits billing the program for more than $27,000 diapers never delivered. Owner Teresa Linneman, who operated a company called “Just What the Doctor Ordered”, also has agreed to have no further connections to a business getting money from Medicaid. She also will fork over almost $218,000 dollars in restitution, damages, and penalties.
