Mizzou interviewed Calipari and Self–SEC Quick Hits for 4/2

It was 13 years ago when the University of Missouri was looking for their first head men’s basketball coach in 32 years. Norm Stewart was moving aside and Director of Athletics Mike Alden was leading the charge in finding his successor. Before Mizzou selected Quin Snyder, an assistant at Duke, Missouri officials interviewed Bill Self, who was at Tulsa and John Calipari who was in Missouri visiting his wife’s in-laws.
