A Knob Noster toddler has been killed after being run over.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says one-year-old Brijae D. Carpenter was hit Sunday by a woman who was backing out of a driveway … the tire hit the girl in the head … she was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
