The Lee’s Summit school district does not want to re-admit two students it suspended becaue of what they wrote on a blog. It has appealed a federal judge’s order that they be allowed back in class. The twin brothers, who are 17, had been suspended for 180 days. Their parents have argued the suspension is excessive and denies the boys chaces to take part in band activities.
