Federal investigators say an explosion at a Jefferson County fireworks plant earlier this week was accidental. Three workers were hurt. The company says it wasn’t an explosion, it was a “flash-over fire” caused by the ignition of one of the products in the building. Two of the injured workers have been released from the hospital. The third worker was more seriously burned and was taken to a hospital in St. Louis.
