Farmington police say the man shot to death in a confrontation with law enforcement officers yesterday morning was 32-year-old Callion Hamblin of Farmington. He was fleeing from a bail bondsman after missing a court date. He had a past record that included drug possession, assault, and assaulting a law enforcement officer
